Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the PuzzleBind Chrome extension and website ("PuzzleBind", "the Service"), provided by LightCube Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using PuzzleBind you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What PuzzleBind does

PuzzleBind generates Sudoku, word search and maze puzzles and compiles them into print-ready PDF books formatted for Amazon KDP trim sizes. Books you generate may be used for personal or commercial purposes, including publishing on KDP or other print-on-demand platforms.

2. Free and Pro

• Free: up to 20 puzzles per book, one export per day, a small footer watermark on the PDF.
• Pro: a one-time payment of $19 removes those limits, removes the watermark and unlocks Series Mode, custom word lists, project presets and the large-print preset for as long as we support the extension.

We may adjust limits or pricing for new purchases; doing so will not remove Pro features already granted to existing purchasers.

3. Pro license

On payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pro features. Activation is tied to the browser profile on which it was completed. Sharing or reselling a license key or activation is not permitted.

4. Your content

You own the puzzles, books and PDFs you generate and may publish or sell them freely. The PuzzleBind software, design, brand and names remain the property of LightCube Labs.

5. Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. If Pro does not work for you, email support@lightcubelabs.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.

6. Puzzle quality disclaimer

Puzzles are generated algorithmically. Every Sudoku is checked by a solver and rejected if it has more than one solution. Word search and maze puzzles are generated from unique seeds so volumes do not repeat, but are not solver-verified. We do not guarantee any book's commercial performance; publishing is at your own discretion and you are responsible for complying with the rules of the platform you publish on.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LightCube Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use PuzzleBind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.
